mwbaSchera (in mwbqgreco antico: Σχήρα) era una città mwbgelima situata nella Sicilia nord-occidentale, di incerta collocazione. Essa è citata mwbwCicerone, da mwcaPlinio il Vecchio e da mwcqClaudio Tolomeo. I suoi abitanti si chiamavano Scherini.

Cicerone la menziona insieme a Cetaria, dicendo che Cetaria e Achera (Schera) sono due piccole città che furono depredate da Verre, nel I secolo a.Ccite-ref-1[1]. Nel I secolo d.C. diventa mwdwcivitas stipendiaria, come ricorda Plinio il Vecchiocite-ref-2[2].

Grazie alle coordinate fornite da Tolomeocite-ref-3[3] e alla ricerca archeologica, la città è stata collocata nella Sicilia nord-occidentale, a nord di Rocca di mwgqEntella.
